The Ambeg RP12 is suitable for producing crimp neck vials (injection / penicillin vials) and screw neck vials. It can be used in pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries or for diagnostics. The Ambeg has a working range of Ø13-30mm chucks. The machine manufactures 1.200 vials per hour this depends on the diameter of the glass, the quality of the glass and the shape of the neck. Vials manufactured with the RP12 have a minimum glass diameter of 13mm and maximum diameter of 30mm. The machine can manufacture vials with a length between 35-85mm. The Ambeg R12 weighs 2600kg. After delivery the machine can be used directly.
